We try hard to make the most of our local facilities and we take the children to feed the ducks on the river, visit the geese in the small holding nearby and stroke the ponies in the field.
Our older children are encouraged to explore our local environment for wildlife and build camps. Often the highlight of this is the flasks of hot chocolate arriving which makes a fun end to any outdoor session.
If the weather is reliable we plan to take the curriculum outside.
